Our employees are key ingredients to our success, and you’ll be the single point of accountability for all people-related workstreams across a high-impact project lifecycle as Project People Lead. Partnering closely with senior leadership, you’ll shape organizational design, workforce planning, change management, and talent readiness — while also supporting broader regional people initiatives.

How you will contribute

Organizational design & workforce planning — Build the right structure and capabilities to deliver project outcomes, including role mapping and workforce modelling.

Change management — Own the change strategy end-to-end: employee engagement, communication, and smooth workforce transitions.

Talent & capability building — Identify capability gaps and create targeted hiring and development plans supporting both immediate delivery and longer-term readiness.

Employee & labor relations — Manage ER matters in line with Turkish labor law; oversee labor relations strategy.

Data-driven decisions — Track and report on people KPIs (retention, engagement, readiness) and turn insights into actionable plans.

Strategic Business Partnering — – Partner directly with senior business leaders to align people strategies with defined objectives and long-term organizational transformation goals

Regional contribution — Support broader regional people projects and initiatives as part of a collaborative Turkey Eurasia People Leadership Team.

Culture, Engagement and Inclusion: Foster a high-performing, inclusive work culture by driving regional employee engagement strategies and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives.

More about this role:

What you’ll bring?

Approximately 15 years of broad People Lead experience, with a strong track record in transformation, restructuring, or large-scale change.

Deep Turkey expertise — thorough understanding of Turkish labor law, the employee relations landscape, and cultural dynamics.

Trusted, credible business partner — proven ability to engage, inspire, and influence at all levels.

FMCG or matrixed environment experience strongly preferred.

Organizational design skills: structure reviews and role design.

Continuous improvement experience is a plus.

Union management experience is a plus.

Active curiosity & insight orientation — outside-in perspective on people and business performance.

Fluent in Turkish and English.

The responsibilities of this position are performed within the framework of a regional business model that is defined and managed by Mondelēz Europe GmbH, Switzerland .
