We are now seeking an HR Specialist to join our HR Operations team. This role is responsible for managing and executing HR Operations processes on OPP, ensuring full data accuracy and compliance, while also providing operational guidance and support and driving continuous improvement to ensure efficiency and alignment with CCI policies and organizational needs.

What We Expect

  • Centrally manage all OPP system transactions, including internal and external employee movements, in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Take full ownership of Employee Data Management and data cleansing in OPP, ensuring 100% data completeness and accuracy of personnel records; manage hiring approvals, trigger SAP integration, and maintain OPP documentation for hiring, re-hiring, and termination processes.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve HR Operations processes, systems, and ways of working.
  • Execute and follow up on employee-related processes with regulatory and governmental authorities, including the Social Security Institution (SGK), İŞKUR, and relevant law enforcement authorities.
  • Create, maintain, and regularly update employee personnel files, ensuring that employment contracts and all required documentation are complete and compliant with legal and company requirements.
  • Manage and monitor time and attendance processes, including payroll input data (puantaj) and PDKS transactions, ensuring data accuracy and timely completion.
  • Prepare required reports and manage official correspondence and communication with relevant legal and governmental authorities.
  • Coordinate and manage the high school internship program, including required documentation, administrative processes, and follow-up activities.
  • Manage and follow up on end-to-end expatriate (expat) processes, including work permit applications and renewals, expat payroll and salary payment processes, manual leave tracking, and related administrative procedures.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is a must.
  • Upper-intermediate level of English is required, both written and spoken.
  • Advanced MS Office skills.
  • Willingness to be based in İstanbul.
  • Strong follow-up skills and result orientation.
  • Strong system and process improvement mindset.
