Council of Europe (CoE)
The Council of Europe (CoE) is currently implementing the EU-CoE Joint Programme on Strengthening Rights and Conditions of Women in Prisons in Türkiye in line with International and EU Standards, until 30 September 2029. In that context, it is looking for Providers for the design and implementation of quantitative and qualitative baseline study, perception and attitude pre-survey, targeting women prisoners and prison staff in selected pilot institutions to be requested by the Council on an as needed basis.
Interested candidates are expected to submit their applications by the deadline of 2 July 2026 16h00 (Türkiye time, GMT +3), in accordance with the Tender Rules and Documents enclosed in the Tender File.
