We are looking for a proactive, results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team and make a direct impact on our business!

What are we looking for?
- Education: University degree.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of proven experience in distributor management and Traditional Trade.
- Language: Fluent English.
- Mobility: Willingness to travel and be active in the field.
- Skills: Strong commercial acumen, excellent analytical skills, and a talent for building lasting rapport with customers.
- Mindset: Action-oriented, resilient, and highly customer-focused. You are someone who plans effectively, manages complexity, and drives results.
What will be your key responsibilities?
- Drive Sales & Distribution: Take ownership of revenue targets, ensure maximum product distribution, and effectively manage trade budgets within your territory.
- Partner Collaboration: Negotiate annual agreements and develop joint business plans with key local accounts and trade partners.
- Category Expansion: Successfully introduce and grow our product categories across all relevant sub-channels.
- Forecasting & Planning: Lead accurate periodic and annual sales forecasting for distributors.
- Promo Management: Plan and execute promotional activity calendars and pricing strategies.
- Profitable Growth: Manage your product mix and trade investments to directly contribute to the region’s P&L.
