Compensation and Benefits Specialist
Join CEVA Logistics Turkey as a Compensation and Benefits Specialist and become an integral part of our dynamic team based in Istanbul. In this pivotal role within our Logistics – Human Resources division, you will contribute significantly to the strategic development and administration of competitive remuneration and benefits programmes tailored to the local market.

Role Overview
This role is responsible for the effective management and continual improvement of compensation structures and benefit offerings across our Turkish operations. You will play a crucial part in ensuring our compensation and benefits programmes are competitive, compliant with Turkish labour laws, and aligned with CEVA Logistics’ global strategies. Your contributions will directly impact employee satisfaction and support broader business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement and regularly update compensation and benefits policies and procedures in accordance with CEVA Logistics’ global framework and Turkish labour legislation.
- Conduct comprehensive market research and benchmarking analyses to ensure remuneration packages remain competitive, including salary structures, incentive plans, allowances and benefits.
- Collaborate closely with HR business partners, line managers and senior leadership to analyse compensation data, provide insightful recommendations and design reward strategies that meet evolving business needs.
- Oversee administration of employee benefits programmes such as health insurance, retirement schemes, and voluntary benefit options, ensuring optimal delivery and employee awareness.
- Ensure full compliance with local regulatory requirements and internal governance, promoting transparent and equitable reward practices throughout the organisation.
- To ensure maintain the Job Evaluation process using global methodologies (WTW, Mercer, KF ) to ensure internal equity and structural consistency.
- Support special projects including annual salary review cycles, bonus schemes, and incentive programmes, ensuring smooth execution and alignment with organisational goals.
- Maintain meticulous and confidential records of compensation and benefits data, producing regular reports to inform strategic decision-making.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and consultants, coordinating benefit plan optimisation and administering compensation surveys to keep offerings competitive.
- Continuously assess and identify opportunities to enhance the employee reward experience, contributing to ongoing programme improvements.
Essential Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance or a related discipline.
- Proven experience (min 4 years) in compensation and benefits management, ideally within logistics or a similar industry context.
- Solid knowledge of job evaluation and grading methodologies and practices.
- In-depth understanding of Turkish labour laws pertaining to compensation and benefits schemes.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office, with advanced skills in Excel and analytical tools to support data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent organisational and project management abilities capable of prioritising multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in Turkish combined with strong professional English language skills.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain high ethical standards.
