Position Overview:

CEVA Logistics Turkey invites applications for the role of Sales Effectiveness Senior Specialist, based at our central office in Istanbul. This senior-level position plays a pivotal role within our Sales Excellence team, part of the Business Development Transverse division. The successful candidate will be instrumental in optimising the efficiency and impact of our sales excellence operations, directly contributing to the achievement of our strategic objectives. This role offers an exciting opportunity to influence sales performance and growth across the Turkish logistics market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and drive sales effectiveness and sales performance improvement initiatives by analyzing performance data, identifying gaps, and leading actionable insights, process improvements, and enablement activities.
  • Collaborate and lead cross-functional alignment with sales teams and business units to analyze sales performance, identify inefficiencies, and drive data-driven strategies that enhance sales outcomes and growth.
  • Design and implement sales effectiveness frameworks, including tools, methodologies, and best practices aligned with CEVA global standards and local business needs.
  • Ensure CRM (C-View) data quality, pipeline accuracy, and usage discipline, proactively identifying gaps and driving corrective actions across BD teams.Ensure accurate and consistent execution of Sales Incentive processes, supporting transparency and alignment with performance targets.
  • Stay informed on evolving industry trends, competitive dynamics, and customer needs to proactively adjust sales strategies and ensure CEVA Logistics maintains a competitive advantage in the market.
  • Drive adoption of new sales processes and tools, supporting change management and ensuring stakeholder alignment across teams.
  • Promote a culture of sales excellence, encouraging collaboration, transparency, and best practice sharing across all organisational levels.

Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate is a highly analytical and strategic thinker with exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities. Experience in the logistics sector or related industries is essential, alongside proven expertise in sales effectiveness or sales operations. A collaborative mindset is necessary to effectively navigate and influence outcomes within a multinational corporate environment. Knowledge of the Turkish market is a significant asset, enabling effective contextualisation of global sales frameworks.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, Marketing, or a related field.
  • A master’s degree or relevant professional certifications will be considered advantageous.
  • Minimum 7 years of total experience, including at least 5 years in sales effectiveness, sales operations, or management consultancy roles (consulting experience is a strong plus).
  • Proficiency in sales analytics, customer relationship management (CRM) systems, and advanced reporting tools to generate and interpret data supporting strategic initiatives.Strong stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to influence decision-making and drive adoption of change across various organisational levels.
  • Fluency in both English and Turkish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with diverse audiences.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently while contributing positively to cross-functional teams.Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
