Clinical Development Trainee (Graduate Program)

We are looking for a highly motivated Graduate Program Clinical Research Trainee to join our Clinical Research team as part of a structured professional development program. This role is designed to provide hands-on training and practical experience in clinical research activities, allowing graduates to build their professional capabilities while working under close supervision in a regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in and successfully complete the Graduate Program Clinical Research functional training curriculum, demonstrating satisfactory learning progress and performance.
  • Shadow experienced team members and learn clinical research functions and project-related activities under close supervision.
  • Complete required therapeutic area, protocol-specific, and clinical research training to support assigned responsibilities.
  • Engage in assignments specifically designed to build upon the academic background of the Graduate, with professional development as the primary focus of the role.
  • Demonstrate continuous learning and development in line with training curricula and regular supervisor feedback.
  • Work on assignments aligned with current business needs that support Graduate development, either as part of a project team or through closely supervised independent tasks.
  • Gain exposure to study procedures by working alongside experienced clinical staff.
  • Under close supervision, support monitoring-related activities in accordance with the contracted scope of work and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines.
  • Assist CRA/CTA teams by updating tracking systems and maintaining accurate study documentation as needed.
  • Establish regular communication with investigational sites, under guidance, to support ongoing project expectations and issue management.
  • Support assigned studies by tracking regulatory submissions and approvals, recruitment and enrolment status, and data query resolution.
  • Provide support during the study start-up phase, as required.
  • Collaborate with study team members and cross-functional colleagues to support project execution.
  • Perform additional duties and learning activities as directed, under close supervision.

Qualifications

  • Recent graduate in Life Sciences, Health Sciences, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in pursuing a career in clinical research.
  • Ability to learn quickly and apply feedback in a structured training environment.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in a professional setting.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and willingness to work collaboratively.
  • Basic knowledge of clinical research principles is an advantage but not required.
