Description

• Assist in preparing influencer and social media communication plans aligned with online campaign calendars.
• Act as a liaison with influencer agencies, taking operational responsibility for:
  • Writing briefs in line with campaign plans,
  • Preparing and delivering products required for campaigns,
  • Closely tracking product shipments and deliveries,
  • Reviewing communication assets and ensuring timely publication.
• Utilize Excel, PowerPoint, and design tools such as Canva or Adobe effectively.
• Follow current cosmetic brands and their campaigns closely.
• Contribute innovative and creative ideas to enhance campaign effectiveness.
• Translates and localizes assets for social media, PR and digital platforms
• Creating conversation calendar for social media with relevant assets
• Regular checking of visual and written contents for brand website and other platforms
• Analysis of toolkit & support for the determination of necessary assets
• Monitoring social media accounts of competitors and helping on insight generation
• Following global social media accounts & reapplying approved content
• End to end ownership of event planning, executing and reporting
• Providing all documents, visuals and needed materials to all agencies and partners
• Being responsible of all PR and influencer product& gifts seeding process

Qualifications

• University Graduate Level
• English – Excellent
• Strong interest in influencer marketing, social media, and digital communications.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage operational processes.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with design tools (Canva, Adobe, etc.).
• Passion for the cosmetics industry and awareness of current trends.
• A successful candidate should be a strong, dynamic and flexible and especially multi-tasking for social media management and collaborating with different brands.
• Good communication skills – including understanding how to clearly communicate messages to consumer and key stakeholders
• Excellent analytical skills
• Willingness to test and learn
• Interest in trends and new technology
• Strong in multi-tasking
