The Role

The Brand domain is the largest within Kantar’s Insights division, we help clients navigate the challenge of balancing both long-term and short-term success through the most comprehensive understanding of what motivates people and what drives business growth in the industry.

Our Associate Account Directors immerse themselves in their client’s worlds to really understand their brands, communications and business strategy in order to help them grow.

We are looking for a seasoned professional with experience in quantitative research, a strategic thinker, client-focused, adept at blending expertise to provide comprehensive solutions, open to learn and self develop in the ever changing world of research.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing collaborative, strategic partnerships with clients and driving the strategy of some of the world’s leading brands
  • Leading ongoing brand equity programmes, communications analysis, learning and applying new cutting edge research solutions, related with AI and brand analytics
  • Leading the client relationships on pitches/proposals, leveraging sector expertise and insight and owning the client value proposition
  • Pioneering new solutions and working with clients to co-create solutions to their business issues
  • Proactively building a wide and rewarding network across Kantar, in order to provide holistic answers to our clients’ business questions
  • Ensuring overall client satisfaction and revenue growth
  • Ensuring penetration across product/service portfolio with cross/up-sell including innovations

Requirements

  • Highly strategic and consultative individual with a passion for brands and brand development
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal) and Turkish
  • Strong expertise in quantitative research methodologies and experience managing research projects
  • Experience having worked in either research agency, client side or media – advertising agency
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
