About the Position
To strengthen the Kraft Heinz family, we are looking for a Quality Systems Engineer to join our FSQ department. The workplace is in Susurluk/Balıkesir.
Key Responsibilities
- Provides Management and leadership to deliver business results and operational improvements
- Performance management based on BRCGS V9 requirements
- To ensure up-to-date, distribution and monitoring of all Quality and Food Safety Management system documentation.
- Plans and perform internal audits. Ensuring the follow-up of corrective and preventive actions.
- Organize and manage of 2nd and 3rd Party visit / audit processes. Ensure the follow-up of corrective and preventive actions.
- Leads the HACCP Team, acting as the management representative of BRCGS Food, IFS Food, Halal Food and Kosher Food,
- Leads on Golden Rules implementation – ensuring compliance with requirements
- Leads on IPM (International Pasteurization Manuel) implementation – ensuring compliance with requirements
- Support the development of robust procedures to ensure the correct design, development, and approval of thermal processes to deliver microbiological control in line with KHC and local regulatory requirements across all categories and technologies considering KHC established Best Practices.
- Leads on KHMS implementation – ensuring compliance with requirements.
- To ensure the effective implementation and continuity of food safety requirements for the unit/area/personnel for which he/she is responsible.
- Achieve safety, quality productivity, efficiency, customer service, cost, and employee engagement objectives through both individual and team contributions.
- Provides direction, leadership, development, and support to direct reports through empowerment, teamwork, on-the-job assignments, and continuous improvement projects and initiatives.
- Promotes sound employee and labor relations within the department by developing and maintaining an effective organization with qualified personal.
- Develops, promotes, and supports continuous improvement and other cross-functional initiatives.
- Ensures the quality of our products and our workplace by following all procedures and guidelines.
- Actively participates in teamwork to achieve the common goals of the plant\department.
- Leads areas of change management and accountability.
- Mentors QMS Lead to identify improvements and apply problem solving techniques for FSQ department.
- Complying and supporting with all established Health & Safety, Sustainability and Environmental operating procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor or Master Degree in Food Engineering or a similar areas,
- At Least 5 Years of Work Experience for Quality Management Systems and BRCGS- IFS in Production Facilities,
- Minimum 5 Years Work Experience of Proven Management Function in Food Industry.
- Have a Good Level of English,
- Willing to Relocate or Residing in Balıkesir Area
- We Are Looking for Candidates with Strong Communication Skills
