Join our Team

Four Seasons Hotel Istanbul at the Bosphorus is looking for a passionate, service-driven, and experienced Bartender to join our dynamic Food & Beverage team.

In this key role, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional bar and lounge experience that reflects the quality, professionalism, and warm hospitality that define the Four Seasons brand. You will work closely with Food & Beverage leadership to ensure seamless daily operations, high service standards, and memorable guest interactions.

What you will do:

• Prepare, mix, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with Four Seasons standards.
• Ensure bar areas are fully stocked, clean, and ready for service.
• Maintain strong knowledge of menus, ingredients, and daily specials, and provide professional recommendations to guests.
• Deliver a warm and professional guest experience and handle guest feedback effectively.
• Operate the POS system accurately, including order entry, billing, and closing procedures.
• Monitor inventory, receive and store products properly, and minimize waste.
• Ensure compliance with all Health, Safety, Hygiene, and Security regulations.
• Support opening and closing duties and perform other tasks assigned by Food & Beverage management.

What you bring:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a restaurant or bar environment, preferably within a luxury or 5-star hotel setting.
• Prior experience in a supervisory or senior bartender capacity is an advantage.
• High school diploma or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, beers, and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Solid understanding of Food & Beverage service standards and bar operations.
• Excellent English communication skills (reading, writing, and speaking).
• Proven guest interaction and communication skills.
• Proficiency in POS systems.
• A disciplined, organized, and team-oriented working style.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
