The Team and Role:

The Country Head, Turkey is accountable for Logitech’s overall business performance within Turkey, with full P&L ownership. This role provides end-to-end country leadership, including direct oversight of Commercial and Marketing teams, close orchestration with Operations and Supply Chain, and strong alignment with Logitech’s regional and global strategies.

The role represents Logitech with external stakeholders, safeguards the company’s brand and reputation in-market, and drives sustainable growth through strategic planning, market execution, and talent development. The Country Head is responsible for delivering revenue growth, profitability, and market share expansion while building a high-performing local organization.

  • Develop, manage, and execute Logitech’s annual operating plans for Turkey
  • Deliver revenue growth, profitability, and market share objectives
  • Design and implement go-to-market strategies that balance scale, margin, and long-term brand health
  • Partner with Credit and Collections to manage credit exposure, cash flow, and risk
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain and Operations to meet service level expectations while protecting margins
  • Drive strong return on investment across operating expenses and commercial investments
  • Build, lead, and develop local teams, ensuring clear performance management, succession planning, and development plans
  • Own country forecasting, distribution center inventory, and channel inventory management to optimize availability and financial outcomes
  • Represent Logitech with distributors, key partners, and external stakeholders in the market
  • Manage the optimal channel mix to drive growth

Key Qualifications & Preferred Qualifications:

For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and experiences to our team:

  • Minimum 15 years of experience in commercial leadership, business development, and marketing within a consumer and retail environment
  • At least 5 years of professional experience based in Turkey, with deep understanding of local retail and distribution dynamics
  • Proven experience managing key partners and leading strategic account planning
  • Demonstrated success managing Online channel
  • Strong people leadership capability with a track record of building and motivating high-performing teams
  • Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in a complex, cross-functional matrix organization
  • Strong negotiation, planning, and forecasting capabilities
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; fluency in Turkish and English required
  • Proven P&L ownership with strong financial and business acumen
  • High strategic agility with the ability to lead change in dynamic market environments
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with comfort operating in growth-oriented, fast-evolving structures
