A Day in the Life

As a Strategy & Operations Intern, you will work alongside a dynamic and diversified team, supporting multiple projects in parallel. You’ll coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders, analyze data, and contribute to process improvements. This internship offers hands-on exposure to pricing strategy, project management, and digital transformation in the medical device sector.

Internship details:

• Start date: March 2026
• Location: Istanbul, Turkiye
• Duration: 6 months
• Working hours: 40 hours per week (with flexibility during exams period)
• Work model: hybrid (3 days in the office)

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

• Project Coordination: Support several ongoing projects simultaneously, managing timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications.
• Data Analysis & Coding: Collect, clean, and analyze data using Excel and coding tools (e.g., Python, VBA). Develop simple scripts or dashboards to automate repetitive tasks and improve reporting accuracy.
• Process Improvement: Regularly review workflows, identify inefficiencies, and recommend actionable improvements. Document lessons learned and share best practices with the team.
• Reporting & Presentations: Prepare clear, concise PowerPoint presentations and written reports for internal and external audiences.
• Collaboration: Participate in team meetings, contribute ideas, and coordinate with other departments (e.g., pricing, sales, IT) to drive project success.

Required Knowledge and Skills:

• Recently graduated or in the final year of studies in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Fluency in Turkish and English (C1 or above), with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of coding tools (e.g. Python, VBA, or similar) and Excel, with an interest in using data to understand business problems
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects in parallel and deliver results under tight deadlines.
• Analytical mindset with a passion for process optimization and continuous improvement.

Would be a plus:

• Background in healthcare, pricing, or consulting environments.
• Familiarity with lean management or process optimization methodologies.
• High attention to detail and accuracy
