A Day in the Life
Under the leadership of the Interventional Therapies Training Academy Leader for the EMEA Region, you will support the implementation of training and educational (T&E) activities across cardiovascular therapies, including coronary, aortic, peripheral vascular, and structural heart technologies, from a procedural and disease-state perspective.

Internship details:
- Start date: March 2026
- Location: Istanbul, Türkiye
- Duration: 6 months (with possibility to extend for another 6 months)
- Working hours: 40 hours per week
- Work model: hybrid (at least 2 days in the office)
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
- Work in close collaboration with the Country/Region Commercial organizations, and support the execution of T&E programs defined by the operating unit leads
- Contribute to the planning and development of T&E activities such as: medical symposia, clinical advisory boards, Health Care Professionals educational conferences and working groups, with the help of key opinion leaders
- Help with the implementation of the medical and educational programs (Clinical Immersions, Masterclasses, Fellowships, Proctorships, GLP Learning Pathways, Scientific Round Tables, etc.)
- Assist with the execution of the ‘disease area’ health care professional training and education strategy and programs
- Help with the analysis of the operating unit’s pool of key opinion leaders and proctors to ensure optimum utilization of these resources in T&E activities
Required knowledge and Skills:
- Recently graduated or in the final year of studies in Healthcare, Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field
- Fluency in Turkish and English (minimum B2 upper-intermediate level)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Power Point, Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, with a customer-focused mindset, empathy, adaptability, and high integrity
Would be a plus:
- Proven understanding of the medical device or pharmaceutical area and healthcare systems’ specifics
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams
