Service Sales Manager
Your role and Responsibilities
In this role you will drive growth and expand ABB’s market presence by executing the services sales strategy across assigned accounts. As a key player in the automation space, you’ll deliver impactful service sales initiatives that grow revenue, margin, and market share—while strengthening customer relationships and ABB’s installed base. You’ll play a vital role in shaping the success of our automation customer base and delivering best-in-class solutions.
The work model for the role is: {onsite}
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Build long term customer relationships and manage resolution to specific customer needs and issues.
- Lead direct sales of ABB PAEN portfolio to our existing installed base, with a focus on high-impact lifecycle service solutions.
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities by defining and implementing sales strategies and budgets for the Power Generation, Water, Oil & Gas, Chemical, and Refinery segments. Conduct risk assessments, prepare risk review presentations for management approval, and ensure timely and accurate submission of proposals with the highest attention to detail.
- Defines sales targets for the accounts, and ensures they are achieved with a structured follow-up process across the PAEN guidelines and tools Establishes and maintains effective customer relationships to understand customer needs, promote customer understanding of full product/systems/ services offering, and align to provide a solution.
- Communicates details in accordance with ABB offering and strategy (delivery time, payments, and general terms and conditions). Ensures appropriate technical and financial aspects of offers, including prices and trading conditions.
Qualifications for the role
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Automation or similar),
- Control systems knowledge and min 5 years sales experience in oil &gas, petrochemical, refineries, power generation and water sectors,
- Teamwork and customer-oriented profile with strong communication skills,
- Good command in English,
- No travel obstacles.
- Turkish knowledge is a must
