About Job

We are looking for an R&D Laboratory Technologist to strengthen the Kraft Heinz family. The R&D Laboratory Technician position is located in our Operations department. The location is Susurluk/Balıkesir.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize and report laboratory, kitchen and pilot trials and test.
• Manage and report sample preparation, maintenance and shipment
• Plan and report of shelf life analysis
• Establish and issue KHC methodologies and best practices.
• Establish and adhere standard operating procedures and Laboratory HSE policies.
• Ensure 5S implementation in R&D Lab and warehouses
• Help with administrative and technical tasks when needed
• Lab chemicals and consumables material planning
• Manage the kitchen, laboratory and pilot Plant raw/pack material necessaries.
• Planning and establishing of interlab studies
• Manage Lab. Team.
• Participating in production trials, when necessary,
• Establishment and Development of SOPs and procedures
• Maintaining lab equipment/material Inventory and plan lab capex necessities
• Regular maintenance plan of lab &kitchen and pilot plant equipment
• Regular validation/calibration plan of lab &kitchen and pilot plant equipment
• Manage R&D pilot plant KHC best practices, good laboratory practices ( GLP ) and 5S.
• Annual budget planning for lab & pilot plant

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering or Natural Sciences
• 1-3 years in FMCG company in R&D, Quality or Production Teams
• Have a good level of English
• Communication skills
• Residing around Balıkesir
• Prone to teamwork
• Excellent planning and organizing skill
