About the Role
In this role, you will focus on improving operational processes by analyzing new markets, operational KPIs, and business needs. You will identify and prioritize project requirements across business units and manage end-to-end project delivery from design to commissioning. By analyzing customer, seller and cargo-related pain points, you will drive improvements through close collaboration with internal teams and external partners. You will also adapt existing operational flows to meet the needs of new international markets, actively manage project timelines, and ensure clear communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

    • Create new & improve operational processes by analyzing new markets and operational KPIs
    • Identifying and prioritizing project needs from all business units,
    • Managing end-to-end project delivery from design to commissioning,
    • Analyze customer, seller, cargo related complaints, define pain points and take actions with a collaborative approach
    • Analyze new international markets & their needs and adjust as-is flows according to market needs
    • Controls and actively influences the execution of the forecasted schedule,
    • Collaboration with business units and third-party business partners in all projects,
    • Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project’s progress,

Expected Qualifications

    • 2-4 years of experience in project management , (International E-commerce & Logistics experience is a plus)
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English,
    • Passionate to work with multiple departments e.g. tech, finance, HR, customer experience,
    • Critical thinker, data-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills,
    • An experienced planner, with strong cross-team coordination and multitasking skills,
    • Open to direct feedback culture, prone to constant learning, taking initiative and not avoiding responsibility, self-motivated, highly adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-changing and fluid environment,
    • Good team player with strong communication skills
    • Able to work within a dynamic and fast-paced environment
