Job Description
- Experienced in personnel records, payroll, and labor law practices
- Able to follow and manage Human Resources processes
- Capable of planning Human Resources activities in line with defined work plans and targets
- Responsible for recruitment and selection processes, as well as preparing and implementing orientation programs
- Managing employee competency, training, and development practices
- Coordinating internal and external training programs, including delivery and evaluation of training effectiveness
- Working in close collaboration with the Cluster Talent & Culture (T&C) team
- Able to reflect and promote the company culture to employees
Qualifications
- Graduate of a related department of a university or vocational school
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position
- Able to communicate effectively in English
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Strong communication skills
- Knowledgeable about KVKK (Personal Data Protection Law) regulations
- Possessing strong management, organizational, and planning skills
- Open to innovation and continuous self-development
Additional Information
Prior experience working with Opera or a related system.
Additional languages are a plus.
