About The Role
As a Cost Control Professional you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing cross-border operational costs by conducting periodic cost analyses, managing invoice follow-ups and reconciliations with partner companies, and ensuring full compliance with contractual costing processes. You will support invoice data integration and automation projects, prepare cost and invoice estimations, and ensure that price lists remain accurate and up to date while leading reimbursement calculations and negotiations when required.

Responsibilities

    • Monitoring and reporting Cross Border Operational costs
    • Making firm-based periodic cost analysis
    • Follow-up and control of invoices from Cross Border Operation partners
    • Managing the mutual invoice reconciliation and negotiation process with all partner companies
    • Inspecting the compliance of the costing process with the contract, determining and calculating reimbursement when necessary
    • Supporting invoice data integration and invoice control automation project
    • Making invoice and cost estimations
    • Ensuring the price lists are up to date and accurate

Expected Qualifications

    • Bachelor degree from related departments of universities
    • Have a minimum of 2 years work experience
    • Advanced reporting and numerical analysis skills
    • Solution oriented and proactive
    • Strong communicator and able to follow work effectively
    • Proficient in Excel and preferably SQL
    • Preferably with experience in e-commerce industry and Cross Border Operations
    • Fluent in English (both written & verbal)
