We are looking for a Senior Assistant Digital Brand Manager to join our Media TCP team based in Istanbul.

Responsibilities
- Support digital capability-building initiatives across all PepsiCo brands within the PO1 scope, helping scale new opportunities to enhance creative excellence and media efficiency for brand activations by applying established guidelines and best practices. As part of the Media & TCP team (Total Connection Planning), you will support PepsiCo’s digital assets and third-party platforms and tools (including websites, social media accounts, Somera, Sprinklr, CreativeX), while contributing to digital audits, performance reviews, and test & learn–driven digital innovation initiatives.
- You will support PepsiCo’s digital assets and third-party platforms and tools (including websites, social media accounts, Somera, Sprinklr, CreativeX), and contribute to digital audits and performance reviews in collaboration with internal teams and agencies.
- You will also be involved in digital innovation initiatives within the 5% innovation allocation of media plans, supporting test & learn agendas and innovative, experiential activations, while contributing to digital capability-building projects such as Creative Workshops and Digital Excellence Guardrails.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
- 1–3 years of relevant professional experience in digital marketing, media, communications, or related functions (agency or client-side)
- Strong proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with strong attention to detail
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams and external agencies
- Proactive, structured, and results-oriented mindset, with a strong willingness to learn and develop
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrix organization
- Excellent command of English, both written and verbal
