Arkaplan

“İşgücü piyasası ihtiyaçları doğrultusunda çıraklık ve mesleki eğitim yoluyla beceri gelişimini destekleyerek mülteciler ve ev sahibi toplulukların sürdürülebilir geçim kaynaklarına ve istihdama erişimlerinin kolaylaştırılması” genel hedefi olan ve Avrupa Birliği, Türkiye’deki Mülteciler İçin Mali Yardım Programı kapsamında finanse edilen IMEP II, Mart 2024 tarihinde başlamış ve 57 ay süreyle devam edecektir.

 

Program 14 ilde uygulanacaktır: Adana, Ankara, Bursa, Gaziantep, Hatay, İstanbul, İzmir, Kahramanmaraş, Kayseri, Kocaeli, Konya, Mersin, Osmaniye ve Şanlıurfa.

 

Programın Özel Hedefleri şunlardır:

ÖH1: Çıraklık ve mesleki eğitim yoluyla Suriyeli mülteciler ve ev sahibi topluluklar güçlendirildi.

ÖH2: Türkiye’deki gelişmiş ve teşvik edilmiş bir çıraklık eğitim sistemi ile çocuk işçiliğinin ortadan kaldırılması çabaları kuvvetlendirildi.

 

  1. Görevin Tanımı
  • Program ile ilgili çalışmalarda Program Koordinatörüne destek sağlamak,
  • Görevlendirilen kurumun günlük işlemlerine destek vermek,
  • Dokümanları İngilizceden Türkçeye ve/veya Türkçeden İngilizceye çevirmek,
  • Toplantılarda İngilizceden Türkçeye veya Türkçeden İngilizceye fısıltı ve/veya ardıl tercüme yapmak,
  • Toplantı tutanaklarını tutmak ve geri bildirimlere göre revizyonunu yapmak,
  • Programla ilgili belgeleri takip etmek ve zamanında teslimatını sağlamak.

 

  1. Aranan Nitelikler
– Dilbilim, sosyal bilimler veya eşdeğeri üniversite mezuniyeti

– Akıcı İngilizce ve Türkçe dil hâkimiyeti

– Hem yazılı hem sözlü tercüme yapabilme (İngilizce-Türkçe, Türkçe-İngilizce)

– Bilgisayar okuryazarlığı

– Windows ve ofis programlarının yetkin kullanabilme

– Etkin iletişim ve analitik becerilere sahip olma

 

Görev Süresi:

Şubat 2026 – Şubat 2028 tarihleri arası

Görev Yeri:

Görev yeri Ankara’dadır ancak gerekirse personelden program illeri ziyaretlerine eşlik etmesi istenebilir.

Tercih edilen bir durum olmamakla birlikte personelin fazla mesai yapması istenebilir.

Çalışma Dili:

Çalışma dili Türkçe ve İngilizcedir.

Raporlama:

Görevlendirilen personel, ilgili kurum IMEP Program Koordinatörüne rapor verecektir.

 

 

TERMS of REFERENCE

For Long Term Assignment of

Institutional Coordination – Support Personnel

 

Program Name: Improving the employment prospects for the refugees and host communities by high-quality VET and apprenticeship in Türkiye

Program Reference Code: 22SSE0C366

Duration of the Assignment: 30 ay

 

  1. Programme Background:

The general objective of IMEP II, which is funded by the European Union under the Financial Assistance Program for Refugees in Turkey, is to facilitate access to sustainable livelihoods and employment for refugees and host communities by supporting skill development through apprenticeship and vocational training in line with labor market needs. IMEP II started in March 2024 and will continue for 57 months.

Program will be implemented in 14 provinces: Adana, Ankara, Bursa, Gaziantep, Hatay, Istanbul, Izmir, Kahramanmaras, Kayseri, Kocaeli, Konya, Mersin, Osmaniye and Şanlıurfa.

 

The specific objectives of the program are;

SO1: Resilience of Syrian refugees and host communities strengthened through apprenticeship and vocational trainings.

SO2: Child labour eradication efforts strengthened through an improved and promoted apprenticeship training system in Turkey.

 

  1. Description of the Assignment

 

  • Provide support to Programme Coordinator in project related works
  • Deliver support to daily transactions of the institution assigned
  • Translate documents both from English to Turkish and/or vice versa,
  • Provide whisper and/or consecutive translation both from English to Turkish and/or vice versa in meetings,
  • Draft minutes of meetings and revise according to feedbacks,
  • Follow up program related documents and ensure timely delivery

 

  1. Qualifications Required
· University degree in linguistic, social sciences or equivalent

· Fluency in both English and Turkish

·  Being able to both translate and interpret (Turkish and English)

· Computer literate

· Be proficient user of windows and office programs

· Excellent communication and analytical skills

 

Period of Assignment:

Between February 2026 – February 2028

 

Place of Assignmnet:

The place of assignment is in Ankara however the personnel might be asked to travel program provinces if needed.

Although it is not a preferred situation, staff may be asked to work overtime.

 

Working Language:

Working language is Turkish and English.

 

Raporting:

The assigned personnel will report to the relevant institution IMEP Program Coordinator.
