Job Description
- Collaboration & coordination with internal & external stakeholders
- Develop and conduct sales strategy for all Electrical Solutions relevant products
- Grow a network of key business partners to deliver consistent revenue and profit growth in line with target
- Represents the company in sector meetings, holding seminars, attending exhibitions
- Monitors competitor activities / market trends, market intelligence in Renewables
- Regular customer visits to all relevant stakeholders
- Enhance right sales distribution channel for Electrical Solutions products
- Maintain market needs and response in collaboration with Business Units
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant departments
- Heat pump and Photovoltaics know-how in B2B and B2C sales area
- Heating and cooling system engineering insights to be solution provider
- Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers
- 3+ years of sales or account management experience
- Open for travel
- Project business experience to communicate all stakeholders
- Effective listener, communicator and problem-solver with expertise in process optimizations and systems thinking
