We are looking for a Senior Assistant Brand Manager to join our Marketing team based in Istanbul and will directly report to Senior Brand Manager.

The role will be temporary (12 months).

It’s an opportunity to drive Culinary innovation, unlock new growth opportunities, and create outstanding communication platforms that resonate with consumers. You will collaborate closely with commercial, trade marketing, consumer insights, media teams to turn strategies into local wins.

Responsibilities

  • Assists in developing and executing marketing TCP and promotional initiatives to profitably increase consumption within budgeted parameters
  • Supports defining the brand’s packaging, communication and promotion strategies and allocate the budget accordingly
  • Accountable for projects that help deliver the brand’s profit, volume and market share objectives
  • Coordinates product management projects with internal and external resources to achieve results (advertising agencies, market research, product development, production planning, trade activities, sales and consultants)
  • Analyzes market data and compares results to established objectives to assure the effectiveness of marketing programs
  • Prepare business updates and define insights/actions to support BM’s for the regular meetings (PMR, 16 Week, Stage&Gate presentatios, Monthly Brand Audits, etc)
  • Close tracking of NPD’s with commercialization team to ensure flawless launch process
  • Leading social media planning with digital and media agency
  • Manage brand A&M budget

Qualifications

  • University graduate
  • 1-3 years of marketing experience
  • Excellent command of English
  • Growth Mindset
  • Analytical and problem solving skills
  • Excellent Collaboration and Communication Skills, ability to build cross-functional relations
  • Good communication skills
  • Good command of Windows applications, (Excel & Powerpoint are must)
  • Demonstrated leadership and team skills
  • Flexibility to adapt to a changing business environment

  • Multifunctional skill base (financial, operations as well as marketing)
  • High level of initiative and assertiveness
  • Fluent English & Turkish
