Sr Product Owner

The Senior Product Owner plays a critical role in advancing Clario’s mission by ensuring the delivery of complex products and services that support high-quality, timely evidence generation for patients and sponsors. In this senior role, you will lead requirements elaboration, guide Agile teams, and drive clarity between business strategy and technical execution. You will partner closely with Product Management, engineering leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders to translate product vision into actionable work and ensure successful program increments and releases.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Engage with senior R&D, Product Management, and business stakeholders to ensure requirements align with strategic objectives and escalate issues as needed.
• Translate product vision and program-level features into clear, actionable user stories that support release and Program Increment (PI) planning.
• Write and refine unambiguous features and user stories in collaboration with Product Managers, SMEs, Architects, and
• Engineering.Ensure requirements are well understood, captured accurately, and maintained in the appropriate tools across the delivery lifecycle.
• Prioritize and maintain the team backlog, including user stories, defects, and enablers, ensuring alignment with sprint goals and PI commitments.
• Provide clarifications to support story estimation, sequencing, and decision-making during development.
• Demonstrate Agile Team progress through sprint and system demos, collecting early feedback and ensuring continuous value delivery.
• Support the Release Train Engineer (RTE) and Engineering Leadership in release readiness, metrics, risk communication, and coordination activities.
• Lead, coach, and mentor Product Owners where applicable, promoting consistent delivery standards and analysis practices.

What We Look For

• Bachelor’s degree in a business or science-related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 6+ years of demonstrated success delivering Agile IT/technology requirements
• 6+ years of experience defining and managing technology product development
• Proven expertise in business/system analysis, process design, and requirements management
• Strong proficiency in Agile methodologies, DevOps awareness, and ALM tools
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate complex solutions in simple terms
• Fluency in English
