Planner

What will you be doing?

Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced Planner to lead project scheduling and planning activities, ideally with:

• A proven track record in managing complex projects, providing strategic planning insights, and mentoring junior team members to ensure timely project delivery.
• Previously worked with EPCI companies operating within the oil and gas industry and has good knowledge of all phases of offshore construction particularly subsea construction.
• Experience coordinating with Client teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, review, and update detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 and other planning tools.
• Lead planning activities across multiple projects phase, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
• Analyse project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
• Provide expert advice on schedule development, resource allocation, and critical path analysis.
• Coordinate with project teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
• Support project risk management by assessing schedule impacts of scope changes and delays.
• Prepare and present progress reports to senior management.

What experience would we like you to have?

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 6+ years of planning experience in offshore oil & gas or large-scale engineering projects.
• Extensive experience with Primavera P6 and project scheduling standards.
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of project management best practices and safety standards.
