Four Seasons Hotel Istanbul at the Bosphorus is seeking an On Call Accounting Clerk to support our Finance team with essential administrative and clerical tasks.
In this role, you will assist the Accounting Department with documentation, communication, filing systems, and day-to-day office coordination while upholding Four Seasons’ standards of professionalism, accuracy, and confidentiality.
What you will do:
- Provide administrative and secretarial support, including managing correspondence, organizing documents, preparing files, and maintaining accurate records for the Director of Finance.
- Handle incoming calls, determine required actions, and direct inquiries appropriately.
- Establish, maintain, and update filing systems for contracts, leases, agreements, policy manuals, and tax guides.
- Open, date-stamp, and distribute Accounting Department mail; prepare daily cash receipts listings and forward AP checks to vendors when required.
- Maintain office supplies, forms, and stationery; ensure the office remains clean, organized, and fully stocked.
- Distribute month-end Financial Statements and related schedules to Four Seasons Hotels Limited and owners when applicable.
- Support Accounting and hotel committees such as Safety Committee and Direct Line meetings.
- Protect the confidentiality of sensitive information, including financial documents and internal communication.
- Assist in maintaining employee courtesy and professional interactions within the department and across the hotel.
- Respond appropriately to emergency or safety situations following hotel procedures.
- Perform additional tasks and special projects as assigned by the Finance leadership team.
What you bring:
- Minimum 2–5 years of administrative or accounting-related experience; prior Four Seasons or luxury hotel experience is an advantage.
- Strong command of English and proficiency in MS Office.
- Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to operate office equipment and manage filing systems with accuracy.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
- Positive attitude, teamwork mindset, and commitment to Four Seasons’ service culture.
