Job Identification
We are now seeking a Talent Acquisition Executive to be responsible for the execution of effective end-to-end talent acquisition strategy. In order to serve the organization to reach its vision and strategies, ensuring the acquisition of qualified workforce via offering the best-in-class experience to the stakeholders of the process.
What We Expect
The main responsibilities and the specifications for the roles are shared below:
- Establishing country-wise talent acquisition strategy in partnership with HR Business Partners and Country Function Heads.
- Primary member, from the country, of CCI Recruitment Committee accountable for contributing to the development of the process; execution of principles, designing the processes, identifying role-based appropriate selection sources and digital tools while monitoring best practices outside, getting feedback from internal customers / candidates and considering insights.
- Ensuring GO Talent Acquisition Policy compliance within CCI TR.
- Training the hiring managers and recruitment team for standardized execution of the evaluation steps and excellent experience of the candidates. Promoting company’s reputation as “best place to work”.
- Engaging effectively with multiple stakeholders and responding with well-balanced, win-win solutions on local, functional and collar-based needs (differentiating sourcing channels, proactive candidate pooling, contacting with local universities, institutions). Tracking hiring manager experience closely.
- Partnering with EVP process owner for reaching out target audience with the right channels and differentiated methods.
- Carrying out the external recruitment process for Management & above levels.
- Implementing “Employee Referral Program” for culture-fit talents and improved retention.
- Being responsible for selecting the most beneficial vendors considering organizational needs and cost efficiency. Managing vendor relations, keeping track of their performance.
- Budget planning and management for talent acquisition.
- Ensuring data integrity, accurate and insightful reporting that leads to decision-making.
- Effectively managing the recruitment team. Ensuring delivery of excellent and timely results.
- Developing the team by consistently shares ideas, insight, and best practices to help them reach their development goals and achieve optimal results. Sharing targeted feedback in a prompt, constructive, and encouraging manner.
- Responsible for sizing the positions and identifying the metrics for time to hire. Reviewing and analysing the metrics monthly and quarterly.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from relevant departments
- 6-8 years of total experience with Talent Acquisition know-how
- Advanced level of English and Turkish
