Supplier Relationship Manager
Are you looking for a Supply Chain role where you will have the opportunity to improve and simplify processes to develop standardization, simplification, and efficiency while increasing financial and quality compliance? If so, this is the role for you.
As External Supply Professional you will be responsible for driving the competitive advantage of the supply chain initiatives. You will also collaborate on Value Stream Mapping and implement continuous improvement projects related to Supply Chain operations.
Responsibilities:
This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:
- Accountable for driving the mid-term supply strategy and internal alignment to deliver superior results in cost, service, quality, Employee Heathy and Safety, and overall performance aligned with the business strategy
- Execute Business Continuity Plans (BCP’s) in support of the strategy for the strategic supply chains
- Lead the establishment and adjustment of supply chain set-ups for portfolio transformations such as new product launches, Tech, and analytical transfers, exits, and divestments
- Ensure appropriate set-up for order management to provide best customer service at an efficient cost in collaboration with Global Manufacturing Supply (GMS) planning hubs and local teams
- Provide mid-term supply risk and opportunities overview and ensure proper follow up on identified risks
- Ensure proper documentation of all processes related to Supply Chain management
- Support product life cycle events with proper stock planning, inventory planning and stakeholder alignment to prevent any shortages, write-offs, and obsolescence
- Follow up on KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators) and ensure they constantly meet the standards and targets
Basic Qualifications
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years’ experience in the Supply Chain field
Preferred Qualifications
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:
- APIC/IML
- Computer skills in SAP, APO/JDA, MS Windows
- Experience in Lean/Six Sigma
- Third party management experience
