Clinical Research Intern

You will join our Clinical Research team in Türkiye as an intern. You will support planning, documentation and site activities for clinical studies while learning from experienced colleagues. We value curiosity, attention to detail and clear communication. This role offers mentoring, hands-on experience and a chance to contribute to work that helps get ahead of disease together.

Responsibilities:

This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:

• Support preparation and maintenance of clinical study documents and trial files.
• Help coordinate logistics for site activities and investigational supplies.
• Assist with data entry and basic maintenance of clinical databases and trackers.
• Support site communications and prepare materials for monitoring visits.
• Contribute to team activities that ensure regulatory and ethical compliance.
• Provide administrative support to keep study processes running smoothly.

Basic Qualifications

We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals:

• Enrolled in a degree program in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, Nursing or a related field.
• Good organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work well in a team and communicate clearly.
• Basic IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Intermediate level English (spoken and written).
• Availability to work on-site during regular business hours.

Preferred Qualifications

If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:

• Previous internship or coursework in clinical research, hospitals, or research centres.
• Familiarity with clinical trial documentation or regulatory guidelines.
• Experience with data entry or electronic file management systems.
• Fluency in Turkish and strong English communication skills.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn new systems and processes.
• Interest in building a long-term career in clinical research or the pharmaceutical industry.
