ABOUT THE TEAM
Trendyol Pay is where cutting-edge payment technology meets seamless user experience. This team designs and manages end-to-end payment solutions for millions of users across the globe. We simplify every transaction and elevate user confidence through technology-driven, customer-first design.

Responsibilities

    • Design segmentation for many different business parties (customer, seller, influencer, cargo company etc.),
    • Define business rules for each segment and set targets with business ownersCreate and optimize journeys for each segment and feature to meet the business KPI’s,
    • Work with the product team to improve any business process for onboarding or engagement of each segment,
    • Work with the business owners to design and execute growth opportunities for each segment,
    • Automate tracking and communication of any feature for any segment.

Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree from a reputable university preferably in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or Industrial Engineering,
    • 6+ years experience in data analysis, P&L management,
    • Coding skills – ability to code in one or more languages (SQL must, Python nice to have),
    • Communication skills – Excited to work with different functions within company, creative problem solver who thrives with ambiguity,
    • Familiar with digital analytics visualization tools (Looker, Qlikview, Tableau etc.),
    • Strong analytical skills and experience of working with large volumes of data,
    • Enjoys the challenge of simplifying complex data, processes, and concepts to highlight key insights and guide decision making,
    • A genuine interest in digital disciplines and stay up to date on trends,
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English,
    • Good command of Gsuite or MS Office programs.
