Job Responsibilities

  • Working very closely with line managers and department heads to understand business needs and ensure effective and consistent communication with all colleagues,
  • Partnering with leadership to identify workforce planning needs, providing insights and recommendations based on data-driven HR analytics,
  • Responsible for providing timely and accurate advice, information, and support to the business unit on a wide range of P&C related policies, procedures, systems, and issues,
  • Delivering a trusted generalist function including employee relations, employer branding, talent and performance management, change management, learning & development, people operations/administration, and benefits,
  • Implementing recruitment processes for the assigned business units in line with company strategies and investment plans,
  • Communicating new processes to all employees, closely monitoring their experience, gathering feedback, and taking improvement actions,
  • Supporting employees on HR programs and policies while ensuring accurate and compliant data management,
  • Acting as the first point of contact for all employees within the business unit and following all legal processes with accuracy and diligence.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or above,
  • Business level English proficiency is a must,
  • Minimum 6 years of experience as an HR Generalist with comprehensive HR knowledge, including strong hands-on experience partnering with business units.
  • Solid knowledge of Turkish Labor Law and HR compliance requirements,
  • International contractor management experience is a plus,
  • Experience in HR digitalization processes and working with HRIS tools/systems,
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (advanced Excel skills),
  • Ability to diagnose issues, identify root causes, and drive effective solutions,
  • Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, open mindedness, and a collaborative working style,
  • Result oriented mindset with strong problem solving capabilities,
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast paced work environment.
