The Product Marketing Content Developer is a key role within the Product Marcom scrum team. They are responsible for content creation and managing the development of product marketing assets using the agile scrum methodology. They are responsible for developing content aligned to Buyer Journey maps, for marketing assets to enable new product introductions and drive growth with existing ranges, promotion activities & campaigns, for various Go-To-Market paths, for different target personas in all relevant target segments.
What you’ll do:
- Day-to-day coordination between relevant stakeholders (eg engineering, product managers, segment, Field Product Marketers, Sales, Global Product Lines etc ) to orchestrate development of product marketing assets per LaunchBox requirements & aligned with Buyer Journey maps.
- Orchestrate development of global prime web pages and content required for digital promotions, aligned with Web CoE and UX teams.
- Brief and manage development of assets in close cooperation with Content Operations teams & Creative Centers of Excellence, and embrace & utilise AI tools in content creation.
- Ensure that master content is created with close collaboration with Global Product Lines, to enable efficient & successful localisation including translation.
- Be a dedicated scrum team member, actively working to identify opportunities for improvement across all aspects of content creation, related processes and teams interactions. (Opportunity to add Scrum master responsibilities may exist within the team on rotational basis)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor level degree with postgraduate qualification in marketing or related field preferred
- Min 2-3 years of similar experience
Skills:
- Content creation, working knowledge of Agile (Scrum & Continuous Improvement)
- Communication, Creativity, Collaboration, Time Management, Attention to detail. Ability to work remotely in teams & in multi-culture matrix type organisation
- English fluent (verbal & written)
