Job Summary

We are looking for a Communications professional with a solid multi-discipline communications competence and strong track record of success in delivering relevant communications in today’s world. In this role, you will support the development of a powerful communications plan that helps the company grow with customers, engage employees and strengthen the reputation with key stakeholder groups in Central Eurasia. This role is an individual contributor, you will be based in Istanbul and report to the Communication Director, Greater Middle East & Central Eurasia.

What you will do

As the Communications Manager, you will;

• Define, in close collaboration with relevant stakeholders, and lead the execution of all aspects of the communications plan to support the business priorities of the company in Central Eurasia, including PR, digital, tradeshows and other marketing communications tactics to generate interest for the company’s portfolio.
• Protect and strengthen the company reputation in the region, including media relations, thought leadership activities, corporate sponsorships, crisis preparedness and crisis communications.
• Provide leadership and spokesperson support, including communication training, presentations and speech writing
• Oversee Internal Communications including management of local internal corporate channels, content development, internal events and other employee engagement communication activities.
• Work with local agencies, and collaborate with communications colleagues in the region

We believe you have

We believe you have;

• Bachelor degree in Communications or relevant field.
• At least 5 years of relevant communication experience
• English at business language proficiency both written and spoken
• Highly driven, self-motivated and able to work independently
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under pressure while maintaining attention-to-detail
• Strong at stakeholder management
• Business minded and results oriented
• A strong team player with an ability to work in a diverse virtual environment
• Quick to establish good working relationships with cross-functional teams
