- JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for supporting the development and implementation of external and internal communications strategies for Lilly Türkiye. This includes using a variety of corporate affairs disciplines, such as product communications, corporate communications, advocacy and professional relations, corporate responsibility, internal communications, media relations and issues management to help Lilly Türkiye achieve its goals. Leverage also global, IBU and META communications resources to achieve affiliate communications goals.
- JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure Lilly Türkiye communications compliance requirements.
Develop and execute communications strategy and action plan aligned to the Lilly Türkiye’s priorities.
Ensure alignment of Türkiye’s communication strategy and initiatives with the broader META regional objectives. Support affiliate media spokespersons (GM, Corporate Affairs Director and Medical Director) with appropriate communications strategy and messages.
Work effectively with cross functional teams to develop corporate messages / projects.
Develop and launch projects in partnership with different stakeholders to elevate Lilly’s reputation.
Establish and maintain crisis / issues management programs.
Represent Lilly at the industry and business related organizations with regards to communication.
Advance ongoing relationships with the media with a view to positively positioning Lilly in Türkiye.
Anticipate, prioritize and support in preparation of managing possible negative issues in the media.
Develop and edit communications for media use such as press releases, internal Q&As, fact sheets and other media materials.
Monitor and measure communications outputs, impacts and outcomes amongst all relevant stakeholders.
Coordinate and manage agency relations and support.
Plan, develop and implement internal communications to create employee alignment and support company’s priorities.
Plan, implement and communicate CSR projects in line with Company’s vision.
Act in accordance with respecting privacy and other related procedures.
- JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s Degree
Minimum of 7 years of media, communications and/or public relations experience, including interacting with A-list media, including press, wire, TV & radio, online and social media.
Strong verbal and written communication
Ability to remain calm under pressure
Ability to work with cross-functional teams and demonstrate success as a team player
Strong project management
Working across a complex organization
Excellent command of written and spoken English
Preferably PR agency experience and pharmaceutical experience.
