Responsibilities:
- Will participate into multiple phases of Agile software development lifecycle,
- Guide team members to develop their capability together with successful project delivery,
- Coach and motivate team members by pro-active performance management actions,
- Create an inspired and motivated team atmosphere by open communication culture,
- Lead your team members by planning their career plan to have successful growing teams.
Qualifications & Work Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrics/Electronics Engineering or related fields,
- At least 1+ years of team management experience.
- At least 5+ years’ hands-on experience at least one of the following technologies: Java, Swift, C++, Python or Software Test.
- Proven experience in leading and managing the delivery of software development projects in a structured environment,
- Strong communication skills with both internal team members and external business stakeholders,
- Be able to focus on organizational and management tasks together by having excellent time management skills,
- Self-motivated, able to work individually for both individual contribution and management,
- Excellent command of English.
- Experience with Scrum/Agile development methodologies.
