Mission

Ensure disciplined and timely collection of receivables for a complex customer portfolio, safeguarding cash flow and minimizing credit risk. Operate with full autonomy in a challenging local environment, demonstrating strong ownership, accountability, and expertise in ERP-driven AR processes. Serve as a trusted point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring financial accuracy and professional engagement at all times.

Responsibilities

  • Take full ownership of assigned customer accounts, ensuring timely and accurate collection of outstanding balances.
  • Independently manage communications and negotiations with customers to resolve overdue payments, disputes, and credit issues.
  • Perform detailed account reconciliations and ensure accurate cash application within SAP.
  • Identify root causes of collection or billing issues and drive resolution through collaboration with Finance, Sales, and Operations teams across countries.
  • Provide proactive, data-driven reporting on collection progress, overdue status, and cash forecasts to the AR Director.
  • Maintain precise documentation and audit-ready records in accordance with company policies.
  • Act as a key user and local reference for ERP AR processes (Logo Tiger), contributing to process standardization and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Demonstrate resilience, professionalism, and persistence in a demanding environment where on-site support is limited.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5–7 years of solid experience in Accounts Receivable, Collections, or Credit Control within an international or matrix organization.
  • Advanced user of Logo Tiger (Finance and AR modules) and strong command of Excel and related reporting tools. SAP will be a plus to prepare our future.
  • Fluent and professional English (both written and spoken); ability to communicate clearly and assertively with international stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision, while maintaining strong delivery focus.
  • Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and analytical skills with a structured and hands-on approach.
  • Resilient, self-motivated, and comfortable operating in a non-collaborative or high-pressure environment
