Responsibilities:

• Follow all production and warehouse instructions and procedures
• Complete steps in production tracking forms, record required data, and report to the supervisor.
• Accurately weigh raw materials and prepare them for production, documenting with work order forms
• Support maintenance activities by guiding subcontractors and assisting with routine tasks like lubrication and cleaning
• Report any deviations from instructions or production issues to the supervisor before continuing
• Maintain cleanliness of the production area according to standards and inform the supervisor when needed
• Sort waste by category, record it in the waste control form, and store it properly in designated areas
• Actively participate in assigned committees and project teams
• Lead and contribute to OPEX (Operational Excellence) activities and help build a continuous improvement culture
• Stay updated on legal and administrative regulations related to the role and report their impact to management
• Understand and apply requirements from ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and IATF 16949 standards; suggest improvements and take part in related initiatives
• Work in compliance with occupational health and safety procedures

Qualifications:

• High school diploma (preferably from a vocational school) or associate degree (preferably from a technical college)
• Background in Chemistry, Machinery, or Electrical & Electronics
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role
• Forklift license required; boiler certificate and vocational qualification in chemistry, machinery, or electricity are preferred
• Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); SAP PP and automation experience are a plus
• For male candidates, military service must be completed
• Preferred: Working at heights certificate
