PepsiCo Turkey is seeking a Transportation Specialist who will be responsible for the end-to-end management of Finished Good and Raw Material transportation operations.
This position is responsible for optimizing costs by increasing the efficiency of logistics processes and maintaining a high level of service.
Responsibilities
- Execute FG (Finished Goods) and RM (Raw Materials) transportation operations in Turkey.
- Implement Turkey Supply Chain transportation strategies.
- Improve service-to-sales performance while maintaining strict budget control.
- Manage operational communication with transportation carriers.
- Monitor and control transportation operations for raw materials, coolers, and marketing equipment.
- Support the FG and RM transportation tender process.
- Manage the end-to-end transportation process, from product dispatch at the production plant to customer delivery.
- Oversee rental fleet management and conduct performance analysis.
- Manage the progress payment process for FG and RM transportation operations.
- Prepare transportation progress payment documentation.
Qualifications
- University degree.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience.
- Good command of English is an asset.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Result-oriented mindset with strong customer focus.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications.
