PepsiCo Turkey is seeking a Transportation Specialist who will be responsible for the end-to-end management of Finished Good and Raw Material transportation operations.

This position is responsible for optimizing costs by increasing the efficiency of logistics processes and maintaining a high level of service.

Responsibilities

• Execute FG (Finished Goods) and RM (Raw Materials) transportation operations in Turkey.
• Implement Turkey Supply Chain transportation strategies.
• Improve service-to-sales performance while maintaining strict budget control.
• Manage operational communication with transportation carriers.
• Monitor and control transportation operations for raw materials, coolers, and marketing equipment.
• Support the FG and RM transportation tender process.
• Manage the end-to-end transportation process, from product dispatch at the production plant to customer delivery.
• Oversee rental fleet management and conduct performance analysis.
• Manage the progress payment process for FG and RM transportation operations.
• Prepare transportation progress payment documentation.

Qualifications

• University degree.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience.
• Good command of English is an asset.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Result-oriented mindset with strong customer focus.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications.
