As a Business Excellence Trainee, you will be reporting to Head of Business Excellence.

What You’ll Do

Job Purpose:

As a Trainee in the Business Excellence team, you will support the development and execution of performance management, reporting, and operational excellence initiatives. This role offers hands-on experience in data analysis, CRM administration, and strategic support for field force and marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Reporting & Performance Analysis

  • Compile and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly IQVIA sales reports at both national and territorial levels to support commercial decision-making.
  • Maintain and continuously improve Power BI dashboards to visualize sales trends, performance metrics, and territory insights.
  • Conduct ad-hoc analyses to evaluate market dynamics, sales performance, and business opportunities, providing actionable insights to internal stakeholders.

2. Incentive Management & SOP Maintenance

  • Update and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to the field force incentive system to ensure clarity and compliance.
  • Calculate end-of-cycle incentive payouts based on performance data and publish results to relevant teams in a timely and accurate manner.

3. Budget Allocation & Performance Scorecards

  • Manage the allocation of promotional budgets for the field force, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and territory needs.
  • Prepare and publish monthly performance scorecards, including sales reps rankings, to support performance tracking and motivation.

4. Sizing & Territory Alignment

  • Support the sizing and alignment of territories to optimize field force coverage and efficiency.
  • Assist in setting sales objectives for field teams based on historical data, market potential, and strategic goals.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team during KPI alignment and market research phases to ensure consistency and relevance of performance metrics.

5. CRM Administration

  • Oversee all administrative tasks related to the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy, user access management, and system integrity.
  • Maintain and update Power BI dashboards focused on Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) KPIs.
  • Create, publish, and monitor campaign-related reports within Salesforce to track engagement, effectiveness, and ROI.

6. Segmentation & Targeting

  • Execute profiling, segmentation, and targeting processes to support strategic field force deployment and customer engagement strategies.
  • Analyze customer data to identify key segments and prioritize targeting efforts.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university, preferably in an analytical or quantitative discipline such as Engineering, Business Analytics, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.
  • Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English.
  • Prior internship experience in business analysis, commercial operations, data analytics, or a related area is a strong advantage.
