- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in chain private hospitals.
- Lead strategic initiatives and establish new collaborations with key external stakeholders to extend patient access and to shape weight management ecosystem in Turkiye and build patient journey in assigned accounts.
- Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth and achieve company objectives, share inputs and create feedback loop with Marketing organization to ensure Lilly programs & patient education activities address the unmet needs in the accounts.
- Implement key account programs to drive business growth, ensuring alignment with Lilly’s business priorities, and developing clear project plans with defined deliverables, milestones and responsibilities.
- Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers and key influencers (e.g., hospital presidents, hospital pharmacy directors) and ensure hospital listing in assigned accounts.
- Explore and execute strategic partnerships with private hospitals to develop innovative healthcare solutions
- Create and lead large-scale projects in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Work closely with PRA, sales and brand teams to understand the priorities to ensure improvement of the patient journey and product access/availability in the identified accounts
- Continuously monitor and analyze industry trends and market dynamics to identify opportunities for innovative collaborations
- Prepare stakeholders mapping and have an established network of relationships with key stakeholders
- The key performance areas listed above and additional responsibilities may be added from time to time depending on Lilly requirements.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree, in business or life sciences is preferred.
- Min 4 years of experience as Key Account Manager or in a related management role within the pharmaceutical industry
- Command of English will be a plus.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Expertise in project management.
- Ability to generate innovative ideas and lead initiatives in a complex environment.
- Strong negotiation and organizational abilities.
- In-depth understanding of the healthcare environment in Türkiye.
- Demonstrated capability to develop and sustain effective partnerships and navigate complicated political landscapes.
- Established relationships with private Stakeholders will be a plus.
