Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and professional Receptionist to join our team in Gaziantep, Türkiye. As the first point of contact for our organization, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming environment for our guests and clients.
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Manage the front desk area, ensuring it remains organized and presentable at all times
- Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and other communications, directing them to the appropriate departments or individuals
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for executives and meeting rooms
- Process visitor information and issue security badges or passes as required
- Assist with basic administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Provide general information about the company and its services to visitors and callers
- Maintain a safe and secure reception area, following all security protocols
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service
Qualifications
- Graduates of Tourism and Hotel Management departments from colleges or universities Front Office experience
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Turkish or other languages is a plus
- Proficient in MS Office programs and the Opera system
- Always aims to improve service quality
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Successful in administrative coordination
- Enthusiasm for analysis
- Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and workloads
- Enthusiasm for problem-solving
- Open-mindedness
- Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing issues
- Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to support colleagues as needed
- Ability to work in shifts

- Completed military service for male candidates
Additional Information

Prior experience working with Opera or a related system
Fluency in English
