What you’ll do

Design and deliver user-centered digital experiences, ensuring usability, accessibility, and consistency across all Vodafone products and services.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Technology, CX, Marketing) to align design solutions with business goals and customer needs within an agile squad.

Provide measurable impact on KPIs such as customer satisfaction, engagement, and task success rates.Translate insights from research, analytics, and customer feedback into actionable design improvements and innovative solutions. Collaborate with UX researchers to design and execute moderated & unmodarated UX researchs.

Deliver high-quality UX outputs (journey maps, wireframes, prototypes, UI specifications).

Contribute to design systems, standards, and best practices while continuously exploring industry trends and emerging UX methodologies within UX chapter.

Who you are

  • A desire to be part of a team that delivers impactful results and learn something new and refine current skillset every day
  • Excellent collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively.
  • Knowledge in broad toolkit of design and prototyping tools like Figma, Sketch, Invision, Zeplin is a must
  • Strong portfolio showcasing customer-centered design projects, covering end-to-end processes from research to delivery on digital platforms
  • Knowledge of web / app analytics, content and web development (HTML, CSS, Javascript) and similar technologies will be valued
  • University degree prefably from related fields
  • Advanced English
