Planning Specialist

The international technology company Ajax Systems opens a full-cycle production facility in Türkiye.

We invite an Planning Specialist to join the production team and deliver world-class results and outstanding performance to the Planning team in the fast-growing dynamic organization.

Location : Istanbul/Tuzla, DESBAS

Reponsibilities

• Production capability analysis: technical production capabilities, work processes, and identification of constraints.
• Form production plans with a planning horizon of a day, a week, or a month.
• Analysis and control of the supply of materials to the production program.
• Resource planning: optimizing the use of equipment and labor.
• Operational re-planning of production based on operational data on deliveries.
• Forecasting the timing of readiness for shipment of orders based on the production program and previously accepted orders.
• Work with the supply department, control of meeting production needs.
• Reflection (by posting documents) of the facts of production in the accounting system.
• Creates an order of materials from storage warehouses to ensure the production of inventory items, and organizes the return
• Assistance in automating the operational production planning system.
• Ensuring activities by the requirements of the Quality Manual.
• Participate in setting priority quality goals that can be measured.
• Application and provision of a process approach for carrying out production activities in performing official duties.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree
• 3+ years of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills: ability to think critically working outside the box.
• Excellent organizational, Inventory management and time management skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, influential, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Results oriented with ability to plan and deliver against project deadlines.
• Business fluent knowledge of Turkish and English.
