We are currently looking for a Brand Communications Specialist to join our Nespresso team

Location: İstanbul

Type of contract: Permanent

As a Brand Communications Specialist, you will have the following responsibilities;

A Day in the Life

Brand & Communication Strategy

  • Support the development and execution of Nespresso Turkey’s annual brand communication plans in line with global brand strategy.
  • Ensure consistent brand identity and messaging across all channels, following Nespresso brand guidelines.
  • Develop and adapt campaign briefs, coordinating with creative and media agencies to deliver impactful local activations.
  • Manage PR(Public Relations), Influencer and Social Media Strategies to strengthen brand equity and consumer engagement.
  • Lead boutique branding projects and local partnerships to amplify brand awareness and visibility.
  • Coordinate internal communication initiatives to ensure alingment acroos all teams.

Product Launches & Events

  • Coordinate quarterly product launches (seasonal and limited editions) with cross-functional teams.
  • Organize and execute brand events, activations, and boutique experiences – from small-scale gatherings to large-scale brand events.
  • Prepare and deliver promotional and PR(Public Relations) materials across online and offline channels.

Influencer & PR(Public Relations) Management

  • Lead influencer projects across tiers (celebrity, macro, micro), ensuring measurable impact on awareness and engagement.
  • Manage Influencer agencies to generate earned media, coverage, and storytelling aligned with Nespresso’s brand purpose.
  • Establish local sponsorships and collaborations with third parties, building credibility and a positive brand image.

Digital & Social Media

  • Oversee content development for social media channels, ensuring relevance and consistency.
  • Collaborate with eCommerce and trade teams to optimize content and campaigns for conversion.
  • Track digital KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and provide insights on performance, trends, and optimization opportunities.
  • Manage Media and Creative agencies to deliver impactful campaigns and ensure alignment with brand strategy.

Project & Budget Management

  • Manage assigned budgets, including annual forecasting, invoice control, reconciliation, and reporting.
  • Provide regular reports and analyses on PR(Public Relations), influencer, and marketing communications activities.
  • Ensure all campaigns comply with internal legal, compliance, and corporate standards.

Sustainability & Corporate Initiatives

  • Lead Nespresso Turkey sustainability communications projects, ensuring KPIs(Key Performance Indicators) are met in line with corporate objectives.
  • Support corporate partnerships and CSR(Corporate Social Responsibility) projects to reinforce brand purpose and community engagement.

Email & Push Communications

  • Plan and execute CRM (Customer Relationship Management)communications (email & push) in line with global and local brand strategy.
  • Ensure consistency of tone of voice and visuals across CRM(Customer Relationship Management) channels, aligned with Nespresso brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with Global CRM(Customer Relationship Management) and Local CRM and eCommerce teams to integrate email & push campaigns into broader brand and product launches.

Key Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in marketing communications, PR, or brand management (FMCG(Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) or premium consumer goods preferred).
  • Proven track record in managing PR, influencer, and digital/social media campaigns.
  • Experience in product launch management and brand event organization.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and project management skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Fluent in English
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Communication.
