Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical-Electronics Engineering, or related fields,
- Minimum 5 years of technical experience in the field of cybersecurity,
- Knowledge of Palo Alto Networks products and solutions; relevant certifications are a strong plus,
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills,
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and customer relationship management skills.
Responsibilities
- Analyze customer needs and provide technical recommendations aligned with Palo Alto products and solutions,
- Support the sales team in proposal processes from a technical perspective,
- Conduct demos, PoCs, and presentations,
- Follow the latest cybersecurity trends and updates on Palo Alto solutions and share insights with internal teams,
- Provide technical consultancy aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction.
