Application Engineer Leader- Turkey

As an Application Engineer, you will work with sales teams and divisions to develop Parker’s products and systems for CEE customers. You will take solutions from idea to implementation, mainly focusing on electrification and control systems but with opportunities to work across other Parker technologies. The role is often project-based and may involve customized solutions with varying scope and scale.

What We Are Expecting From You

• Identify and maintain business and technical solutions and help our customers optimizing their machines.
• Work closely with our customers and build relationships, analyze needs and get understanding of the application to offer the right technical solution
• Responsible for adapting current and new application & system solutions to customer needs and satisfaction
• Establishing and managing technical relationships between divisions, European sales teams and national &global customers.
• Programming or building communication with division for programming languages used for Parker systems& platforms.
• Customer visits, field commissioning and troubleshooting activities

Who We Are Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering especially in electric/electronic/mechatronics/automation degree.
• A minimum of 2-5 years management experience in technical sales.
• Fluent in Turkish & English.
• Strong analytical skills, curious and able to work in a highly agile environment.
• Knowledge of market and technology trends.
• Strong interpersonal, relationship building, influencing and networking skills.
• Driving License B.

Ideally, you will also have

• Master degree is a plus.
• Salesforce CRM experience is a plus.
