Job Description
- Support in creating and updating project documentation
- Track sample production processes and identify improvement opportunities
- Analyze data from sample production to drive process enhancements
- Monitor and evaluate the implementation of improvement measures
- Follow up on daily operations and project activities
- Collaborate with international and cross-functional teams
Qualifications
- 3rd or 4th-year student in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics Engineering or related fields
- Strong command of English (German is an asset)
- Proficient in MS Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of data analysis software (e.g., Minitab) is a plus
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
- Collaborative, proactive, and customer-oriented personality
- Self-driven and eager to learn in real project environments
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
