What you’ll do

  • Lead marketing plan for Red Summer Campaign that requires range of skills from market and customer research/insight, shaping and strategizing paid & owned marketing communications around customers’ business drivers, and enabling best-in-class customer experience in all touchpoints
  • Support loyalty/partnership campaigns to reach targeted customer groups in order to strengthen NPS & DD performance & build campaign awareness through owned channel (app + web) ownership.
  • Be the accountable of executing GTM strategy of Red & Youth FreeZone segments for portfolio revisions in line with acquisition strategy & action plans.
  • Brief & lead go to market and 360 communication plans working with Brand Strategy, Insights, Trade Marketing, Digital Marketing and Media teams.
  • Seek opportunities in the market through deepdive data analysis, competition & marketing communication benchmarks, extensive market research and understanding customer insights; moreover presentation and demonstration ability to influence key stakeholders & external partners.
  • Identify possible traditional and digital media channels & platforms for integrated marketing communication campaigns to maximize channel visibility

Who you are

  • BSc. degree in business administration, industrial engineering, economics or similar fields of engineering
  • Good at multi-task management & problem solving
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and inter-personal skills
  • Good team player, have social skills that enables collaboration closely and easily with core team members, stakeholders and partners
  • Result oriented and delivery-focused
  • Has strong commercial mindset, ability to define marketing and sales opportunities
  • Has analytical thinking skills in every aspect of work and pays attention to details
  • Comfort in working with excel models and analyses
  • Flexible mind set to adapt to a constantly changing business field, and good at handling ambiguity
  • Knowledge and experience of agile working model and/or ability to adapt to agile working environment and dynamics
