Job Purpose:

The Pricing Manager supports the Product and Sales organization ensuring market relevant prices and competitive offers. Execution of market strategies in the area, decisions on pricing management, including prioritization of customers, commodities & markets for optimal profitability. Set day to day pricing based on data & tools available, provide forecasting for decision making and manage performance for scope.

Job Description:

  • Review and Analysis of Price Development
  • Input to Sales, Product, CX, Delivery teams
  • Comparison and analytics in regard to competition
  • Standardize, structuralize and simplify price components to enable the level of automation and digitalization
  • Improve new-business win and retention ratio by “Price-to-Win” strategy to support the growth ambition. Differentiated pricing strategy and execution for target customer verticals and segmentations.
  • Market intelligence consolidating and broadcasting to Area Product community
  • Manage the end-to-end tender process, ensuring compliant, timely, and competitive submissions while overseeing governance, tracking performance, and driving continuous improvement.
  • Adopt the regional pricing strategies into Area specific pricing strategies
  • Sets catalogue prices for standardized products
  • Delivers standardized prices & solutions into Area Sales
  • Delivers standardized prices & solutions into other Product functions

Person Specification:

  • Experience in L&S Product Pricing/Sales
  • Strong Market understanding
  • Customer mindset
  • Team player
  • Data-driven analytical skills
  • Fluent in English.
