Service Staff / Waiter
Job Description
- Greeting guests in accordance with Accor standards,
- Taking guest orders and delivering service,
- Addressing guest requests and complaints with a customer satisfaction-oriented approach.
Qualifications
- Holds a hygiene certificate (preferably),
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position,
- Able to communicate in professional English,
- Aims to consistently improve service quality,
- Embraces a friendly and welcoming service approach,
- Strong communication skills,
- Pays attention to hygiene and personal grooming,
- Enjoys working as part of a team,
- Able to manage product stock control,
- Available to work in shifts,
- Completed military service (for male candidates).
